Free Shipping
1.After you complete an order on our website, there is about 24 hours for us to arrange for delivery.
2. The delivery starts in China.
3. The order will arrive your door within 5-10 working days. The shipping cost is free if you choose EMS (Express Mail Service), USPS (The United States Postal Service) as the shipping method.
4. If you need rush delivery (FedEx, TNT, UPS) that will cost 3-4 days shorter than EMS. However, you should pay extra 30 dollars for it.
5. Except the following free cost countries, USA, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Japan, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Singapore, Vietnam. Others need to pay freight. Holland, Iraq, Russia, Poland, Iran need 30 dollars, Brazil needs 10 dollars, Guadeloupe needs 50 dollars.
6. There should be a person over 18-year-old to sign for the delivery in America, if nobody at home, it will be moved back to post office, then please kindly contact local post office to pick up it.
Returns & Exchange
We only accept below 3 reasons for returns & exchange.

Once you received wrong items or defective items, you notify us within 1-2 day of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
All returns must be authorized
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization information. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. If you return items without authorization that we will refuse acceptance or non-refundable.
* Physical damage to a product caused by the user don't apply to this policy.
We do not cover the shipping cost of return & exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
